Day 01: Arrive Delhi

Arrive Delhi by International flight.
Meeting and assistance on arrival and transfer to the hotel.

Day 02 In Delhi

Breakfast at the hotel.
Today you will be given full day sight seeing tour of old & New Delhi.

Old Delhi - Visit the former centre of Moghul Power, Old Delhi offers ancient monuments, narrow streets and bustling bazaars. Visit the vast Red Fort, built in 1648, the Jama Masjid, the greatest mosque in India and completed in 1658 by Shah Jahan who also built the Taj Mahal, and the Raj Ghat, the simple memorial to Mahatma Gandhi.

New Delhi - drive past the stately government buildings of the British Era designed by Lutyens, including the India Gate & the Presidential Palace. Continue onto the beautiful Humayun’s tomb of the Mughal era & predecessor of the world famous Taj Mahal. End the tour at the towering minaret of Qutab Minar.

Day 03 Delhi-Srinagar

Transfer to the airport in time to connect flight for Srinagar.

The Kashmir valley sprawls scenically at 1730 meters above sea-level between two majestic mountain ranges; the Great Himalayan Range to the south and the Pir Panjal Range to the north. Srinagar is located in the heart of the valley, spread on both sides of the Jhelum River. Dal and Nagin Lakes are most famous for the more than one thousand houseboats which line their shores. Those floating accommodations range from low-budget to luxurious.

The Old City section of Srinagar maintains a rich, ancient character and history with red-brick buildings, mosques and shrines with pagoda-style roofs, and bustling bazaars filled with a wide variety of unique Kashmiri handicrafts

On arrival at Srinagar , you will be met by our representative at the airport and transfered you to Deluxe Houseboat.

Day 04 Srinagar - Local sightseeing 50 Kms

Breakfast at the hotel.

Half day tour of world famous Mughal Gardens visiting the Nishat Bagh (The garden of pleasure) and Shalimar Bagh (Abode of love). Return to houseboat for hot lunch. In the afternoon Shikara ride on The Dal Lake to enjoy the beauty that God has graced this city with which is often compared to Venice . You will get a view of some very interesting places around the Lake.

Day 05 Srinagar - Gulmarg - Srinagar ( 112 Kms. )

Breakfast at the hotel.

Full day tour of Gulmarg which is one of the most beautiful summer resorts in the valley. It is also popular for its golf course (in summer), the highest in the world and skiing during the winter season. Enjoy the splendor of nature and the snowy mountains. One can have Gondola ride (cable car) from Gulmarg to Khalinmarg In the evening return to Houseboat.

Day 06 Srinagar - Sonmarg - Kargil ( 205 Kms )

Breakfast at the hotel.

Leave in the morning and drive to Kargil by car/coach and road passes through the panoramic village reach Sonmarg (2740 Mtrs) After Sonmarg most rough road and wet Zojila pass 3527 Mtrs (Gateway of Ladakh). Continue drive towards Drass (The second coldest inhibited place in the world) we stop here for tea and passport check. Another two and half hours drive will take us to Kargil (2710 Mtrs) which has got its importance after opening of Ladakh for tourists in 1974.

Day 07 Kargil - Leh ( 235 Kms )

Leave in the morning full day drive to Leh today we have to ascend three passes this day will be tiresome but panoramic too. First Buddhist village will be Mulbek. We have to cross the highest pass (Fotula 13749 ft.) on Srinagar Leh route. At lunch time we will be at Lamayuru oldest Monastery. Continue drive to next village Nimu a view of Zanskar River following into Indus. Finally we reach Leh 3500 Mtrs.

Day 08 Leh

Breakfast at the hotel.

Morning free for personal activities and at Leisure. Afternoon half day tour of Phyang, Spituk and Shanker Gompa.

Day 09 Leh - Khardongla pass - Leh ( 85Kms )

Breakfast at the hotel.

Day excursion to Khardongla passes which is the highest motorable pass in the world 5600 Mtrs and has been recorded in the Gunnies Book of World Records. At the top enjoy the nature beauty of snow capped mountains. In the late afternoon return back to the hotel.

Day 10 Leh - Delhi

Breakfast at the hotel.

Transfer in time to the airport to connect flight for Delhi.
In Delhi you will be met on arrival by our representative and transferred to the hotel.

Rest of the day free for last minute shopping etc.

Breakfast at the hotel.
Transfer to the airport in time to connect your onward flight.
